Ever since, I feel like a new person, and I feel like I am back on my feet. The staff mafe me feel safe, and welcomed. They all helped me realize I wasn't alone. The Dr.'s were willing to listen. I have experienced some very dismissive psychiatrists in the past, but here at Pacific Phoenix TMS, I felt heard, and I felt like they actually wanted to help me. The office manager is always willing to help out whenever she can. And the receptionists are always so helpful! I highly recommend this practice!

I feel as if a giant weight/cloud has been lifted and it feels wonderful! My only regret is trying to deal with it alone through pills here and there or just hoping if I tuffed it out it would go away. I promise you'll never regret doing the program. I'm a month out of being done and I'm laughing and smiling again like I haven't done in years. The treatment is non invasive and does not hurt. I can not say enough good things about this program and wish I would have know about it 20years ago.

SHE is amazing helped me through my progress. Please say hello Dr Gonzales the front office for me! She is amazing and are wonderful on follow through.. beyond simply writing prescriptions.  Morover I was also impressed with her. The thoroughness of her intake process is amazing. Her focus on lifestyle changes that would maximize the benefits of medication helped me form better sleep habits.

I tried an antipsychotic and could not get a hold of her for a month after not being able to sleep for a week. She has way too many patients now and can't be reached or keep track of who is who. She asked how Lactimal was going at the start of every appointment no matter how long it had been since I'd stopped it. She told me I have trouble with fatigue because I take naps. Completely missed my autism, ADHD, and PTSD. My cortisol is abysmally low too.

But Laurie's amazing! She was recommended to me by Michelle Graves (who is also amazing) when Michelle was on leave. I never thought about this until I read someone else's review but Laurie really is a wonderful listener with a calming presence. I've had a lot of stress in my life in the past from work and a car accident. Seeing Laurie improves my pain level and overall health. But I always leave Laurie's office much more relaxed and less stressed - I think in part it's her presence in addition to her skills as an acupuncturist. She takes care of muscle spasms, allerigies, insomnia, stress to just name a few. Like Teresa said, she will also offer suggestions for herbal remedies (even via email) and never pushes a sell which I've experienced before. I'm torn between Laurie and Michelle because both are the best. Bonus is Laurie has night hours. I do miss her Saturday hours though because it was nice to have the option to not cram in a session during the work week. She also accepts Blue Cross PPO.

Laurence Eckman came into my life at a time when I needed his perspective and approach to patient…read morecare more than words could ever portray. He helped me pivot in such a way that I was able to finish naturopathic medical school despite many nearly insurmountable, disability obstacles. As a naturopathic student, I gave it my all to do things naturally and made huge, necessary strides, but it wasn't until Laurence planted the seed that medication is natural for the biochemistry of the ADHD brain, that my life started to change. He reassured me that there is no shame in taking medication in the pursuit of an equal chance at accomplishing my dream of gaining knowledge and sharing it with others. In a sentence: Laurence gets it. My grades immediately improved, quite drastically. Not only was I able to advocate for myself and others to receive academic accommodations; but I was also finally able to integrate medical knowledge and apply it in the structured, linear format of school and work. All without losing my creativity and outside the box thinking, per our therapy sessions together. The capacity I held for managing my daily activities and work-life balance also benefited from the increase in executive function, especially since I was able to start living the naturopathic philosophy and see real healing for the first time. In addition, the newfound engagement with my skills in the clinic re-inspired my motivation to keep fighting the good fight at medical school, paving the way for a more accepting future in education as well as medicine. 10/10 recommend the support of Laurence on your journey towards acceptance and healing while accomplishing your dreams. I will carry many of his words of wisdom and life hacks with me onward as both a patient and a doctor. Laurence always went above and beyond to ensure my continuity of care, was reliable, efficient, understanding, empathetic, honest, and always willing to go to bat for us [patients]! This kind of integrity is rare these days. Laurence, I truly hope our paths cross again one day! Cheers, Lianne Aglietti, ND.

My phone rang at 7:00pm and I was surprised to hear from him this evening after leaving a voicemail only a day ago. We were on the phone for 45 minutes, and in that time he asked me all about myself, my struggles with adhd symptoms, my past, and about his philosophy in therapy and medication..what type of approach he has for treatments. He listened carefully and intently to everything I said & he had such great and helpful things to say. He's not open for new patients, but he's looking for me and gave me a bunch of recommendations for amazing helpful books and websites. I have my bs in social sciences and I know how much that costs...and I used to work for doctors and I know how much their time costs...it's all very expensive, so for him to call me and generously gift me 45 minutes of his time & knowledge is just so invaluable I couldn't say thank you enough. If anyone reading this struggles with mental health issues like I do, you know why this is so important & why I am taking the time to write this. It can feel so hard to find good care, but what I experienced today in just less than an hour proves that there are great providers out there who love what they do & exist in this profession to truly help people.
