Recieved a call from a Reo at Webster City Post Office who…read moredescribed label errors on my package and vehemently insisted "i will not be receiving this package" and I asked her if I could just pick it up to which she said it was too late. Called back 10 min later and got a different rep who i gave the tracking info to who was miraculously able to find my package and had it on hand so I could pick it up. The first rep was snarky and combative. If at first you dont succeed, call back and get a competent rather than combatant Rep.

When my wife passed away the people at Foster provided the necessary services in a dignified and professional manner. Amy was warmly professional and connected in all our business. She and a gentleman whose name escapes me just now attended to the matters at hand in an appropriately forthright yet consoling manner. Foster acted as the agent for a prepaid-service provider but I do not think we were slighted in any way because of this. They dealt directly with our provider and the local officials who handle this sort of thing and collected up the necessary and relevant documents for me to save me any additional aggravation.
