You do not want to use this company! Chris has no idea what he is doing! He appraised my house $60,000 undear my brand new county assessment, in which they came and did the exact same thing last year and $40,000 under an assessment done 3 years ago. He filled out the paperwork wrong excluding my full finish basement calling it a crawl space. He excluded my garage and large machine shed. He did not do his inaccurate report in a timely manner, we had to extend our loan because of him and then we didn't even go through with the loan because he screwed us over.
