Let me just start by saying Alex Arca saved my life. I was falsely being accused of something I…read moredidn't know about and was arrested in the middle of the night. He was hired than next day and started working on my case as soon as he got it. He was very upfront honest and just kept telling me don't lose no sleep and keep living my life. Everything's gonna be OK. With the amount of anxiety, I had it was hard to believe, but my family told me if you seen what we seen in the courtroom, You would know he has a damn good attorney. I will hire him over and over and over and over again and recommend him to anyone. I feel like he is the best man for any case. My therapist told me I don't know how you got this attorney, but he is the best around. This made me very confident and I'm glad that we hired him. You will not regret it. Best money spent. Sometimes good people, are dealt a bad hand. That was me. Thank you, Mr. Arca.I hope I never have to hire you again but if I do, I know I'm in good hands!!!! From my family to yours,

SCAM - THE WORST ATTORNEY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!…read more My husband was arrested in July 2024, and after researching attorneys, we came across Bryan Howard and Alejandro Arca. Their reviews seemed promising, so we decided to retain them for my husband's case in Douglas County. I initially spoke with Bryan Howard, who had a pleasant tone and appeared to care about the case. He quoted me $6,000 for their legal services. After making the payment, Alejandro Arca visited my husband in jail to have him sign the contract. Once the contract was signed and the payment was received, all communication stopped. I called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist, sent messages through their portal, and emailed them--but received no response. The only time I managed to get in touch with Mr. Arca was when he accidentally called me while trying to reach someone else. I used that opportunity to express my concerns, but when I later called the same number as my husband's court date approached, I was told not to contact him on his cell phone unless it was an emergency. My husband had repeatedly requested a meeting with his attorney before his bond hearing, yet no one ever showed up or even called back. Realizing that my husband was not going to get the representation he needed, I had to hire another attorney. This new attorney provided me with a direct contact number immediately and worked tirelessly the night before the hearing to ensure my husband was properly represented--something Howard and Arca failed to do. Do not waste your time or money on this law office. They took $6,000 and disappeared. I would not trust them to represent anyone. I see I received a response on here from Howard, after serveral office visits, emails and unreturned phone calls the same response received after he received 6,009 can. Howard whom I was told had to issue the refund but has yet made any attempt to refund me for the work that was not done in all fairness we should only have been charged for the paperwork your office filed for a bond hearing your office did nothingj else after that and all of our calls went unanswered. we would like an itemized invoice for the work you completed and a refund for what you did not do.

These guys are fantastic people and lawyers. Bryan Howard really helped me get through a hard time…read moreand handle my case.

Stay away! There are plenty of reputable attorneys in the area but Justin is not one of them. Just…read moreinterested in settling the case which shows through his lack of preparation. When we wised up he came up with a bunch of bogus charges that exceeded the retainer. We tried to discuss the charges with him but he threw my wife out of his office and threatened to call the police (my wife is very mild-mannered and professional). We will end up going to court to settle this matter. Save yourself the trouble and obtain the services of a good attorney.

A Devastating Experience in Cobb County Family Court…read more I hired Justin Wyatt for my family custody case, and it was one of the most damaging decisions I've ever made. If you are considering hiring him, please read my experience first--I urge you to reconsider. I am now working on a formal bar complaint due to his egregious negligence. Point #1: Gross Negligence with Critical Evidence and Preparation: I provided Mr. Wyatt with a meticulously organized folder of evidence, including documentation of domestic violence, financial records, and messages in which my ex admitted to drug use the night before the trial. None of this was presented in court. Instead, Mr. Wyatt went in unprepared, disregarding essential evidence that was crucial to my case, and left the judge with a distorted view of the facts. He didn't even prepare me for what to expect--there was no trial preparation at all. Point #2: Total Lack of Communication and Abandonment During Critical Moments: Mr. Wyatt was dismissive and unresponsive prior to the case, I sent him a whole document worth of questions that were never answered. After the hearing, he is still on paper my counsel. Yet he refused to answer or consult me even when the judge instructed him to draft the final order. I was left completely in the dark, having to hear about the final custody order from my abusive ex, who had the details before I did. When I asked Mr. Wyatt what happened and why things went so wrong, he refused to explain, simply directing me to "refer to the transcript," which the court clerk informed me would cost $472. Point #3: Inexcusable Unprofessionalism and Failure to Protect a Victim of Domestic Violence: The opposing party was my abusive ex, against whom I had an active protective order. Instead of preparing me for trial, Mr. Wyatt spent a significant amount of time chatting with my abuser. He fawned over my ex's career, calling him "amazing," and shockingly, dedicated 75% of the trial to praising my ex rather than defending me. Watching this as a domestic violence survivor was devastating and deeply triggering. Point #4: Refusal to Advocate That Led to Irreparable Harm: After a horrendous experience in court, I was left in tears, having lost my children to an unfit parent with a history of drug abuse. Mr. Wyatt showed no remorse, merely stating, "I don't know what happened; you acted so ignorant," before rushing off to another meeting. He even texted the wrong number the next day to ask if I was okay, despite his paralegal having my correct contact information. While I was left abandoned, he continued to communicate with my abuser to make sure his attorney fees were paid. Once we lost, and the judge is going over the details he was ready to go so badly that when the judge attempted to give me child support credit on my healthcare expenses for the children, Mr. Wyatt impatiently rushed her, leading her to abandon that offer due to his attitude. And if you have any doubts, just look at his responses to negative reviews--he's an outright asshole. His responses show his lack of professionalism and basic respect for clients who trusted him with deeply personal, life-altering matters. This entire ordeal has taken a severe toll on me and my children. My case outcome has left us in a vulnerable, unstable position, and the financial and emotional toll has been devastating. The behavior Mr. Wyatt exhibited was beyond negligent; it was cruel, unprofessional, and harmful. I have proof of everything I've stated here. If you're considering hiring Justin Wyatt, please think twice. If you have already hired him, fire him immediately--representing yourself would likely be better than having this man in charge of your case. If you need advice or would like help in pursuing a bar complaint, please reach out to me at nellie.mhernandez@gmail.com. I am determined to hold him accountable for his actions and protect future clients from this kind of experience. He met the wrong one finally... and I will hold him accountable no matter how long it takes. Studying for the LSAT as I type this...

I was only 24-25 w/2 babies in diapers. My ex and I were never married, he wasn't legitimized at the time and all I asked of him was to spend time with our kids. No child support, just his time. During one of his weekends, he went to a Judge in Paulding County and told him I had abandoned my children for a year. When I went to pick them up I wasn't even allowed to see them or hug them. They treated me like I had done something horrible to them. No paperwork was given to me, just a police officer telling me he was granted emergency temporary custody. My whole world shattered in that moment. I would end up being served AFTER Rhonda had the order revoced and custody returned to me. I went and saw that Monday morning as soon as her office opened. Rhonda listened to me, looked up the order that was filed and immediately took my case w/ only the $500.00 I had to my name. I ended up paying her later the minute I was able to. He would end up dragging me through 2 custody battles, he is a true narcissist. The courts are too far behind the damage they cause and the way they use court systems to further abuse their victims. Rhonda won my case and I was granted Primary Physical Custody. He took me to court again a year later. I won a 2nd time. Here we are 12 years later and my children are teenagers, we live a peaceful, happy, laughter filled life. Had she not seen what was truly going on and taken my case, I don't know where we would be now. If you ever read this Rhonda, this is Amanda. Thank you for giving me a life with my children.
