Cesar gently loaded and delivered the car to our home where he carefully unloaded and repositioned the vehicle in our driveway. The cost for that amount of peace of mind was well worth every penny. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
