The oven was given to us second hand and we left it outside to make cleaning and access easier, but basic cleaning that you would do yourself daily or weekly wasn't done. Nothing was wiped over so the inside had filthy residue left over. The seal hadn't been touched. The knobs weren't cleaned/wiped over or cleaned behind. Forgot to even look at the bottom part of the oven. Called and complained and wanted finished properly. Second attempt better, but still not wiped over. The fine cleaning of getting into the cracks and seal still needs to be done, there is white residue and powder left around and at the bottom of the burners and still black stuff around the fittings, which can come off with nothing more than a damp cloth after lots of rubbing. Money would have been better spent buying industrial cleaners ourselves and maybe one of those pressure cleaners as we still have to do most of the cleaning ourselves. They claim it will come up as good as new, but for us they have only got us half way.

A week later I still hadn't heard from anyone so I sent a follow up email. I heard back from someone who wasn't from Mastin electrical, it was some agency that makes bookings for them. He didn't know anything about the product either. For me to find out from someone who knows what they're talking about they want $150 to do a site visit, when every other electrician I've contacted will do a free quote and can give me advise about suitable products over the phone. Service was very poor compared to their competitors.

Just because I got a plumber in myself to fix my 3 TWO year old toilets instead of using their plumbers the Reece manager says my 7 year waranty is invalid & they will not pay for the repairs! The toilets were ALL 3 not filling and it became an urgent repair job - I immediately got a professional plumber in to fix the problem. The Reece booklet had the 7 year warranty on the toilets with NO conditions or instructions applicable. He would NOT pay for the parts nor plumber - I said this was unfair & all he could say was "those are the rules!" DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! I will be telling everyone I know how poorly you treat your customers. SHAME on you Reece Ripoffs!!!
