I asked for my order to be cancelled because it was taking 3x the specified delivery time and I could call up another pizza joint and have food delivered before then. They refused because the pizza was 'already made' and blamed it on the trainee. The staff were not particularly apologetic and rather than a refund they offered me a 'free drink' which did not solve the problem of the pizza being late. When it finally did arrive the pizza was lukewarm and needed to be microwaved. There are 3 other pizza joints in Mawson, I will be going to them from now on.
