One of them (Jesse) did some work for a friend and she referred them. I spoke to him and told him the sitch and he had someone over the same day, even moving some things around to come earlier and work around my work schedule. Unfortunately it was bad news and I needed my compressor replaced. I signed the estimate Monday, it is Friday night and my very hot house is finally less than 90°. I don't know what all they did to make it happen, but I at least know they drove to Beaumont and a very nice man named Tavo spent 3 hours dripping sweat on a Friday night to get me into cooler air (sorry my dog refused to be friends), leaving at 9:30 with two more jobs to do. The owner even went as far as to check and make sure it was still working and the air was cold an hour later. I cannot recommend this company enough, their communication, dedication, and outright friendliness was top tier. The experience I had with them was a great first experience to having something major go wrong in my first home. 10/10

This review is long overdue. Whole Armour replaced our roof at Lake Sam last summer. They did a…read morefabulous job from beginning to end, tending to even minute details. The roof is beautiful. In fact, we had the roof replaced so we could sell our house, but the house looked so beautiful with the new roof we decided to take it off the market and enjoy it for a few more years. They meticulously replaced anything they had to move in order to work, even putting my grandchildren's little Adirondack chairs exactly where they belonged. He is the consummate professional, offering assistance in the decision-making process but never being overbearing. He checked on us throughout the process and after. He was polite and easy to work with. He is building his business, and he takes pride in everything he and his workers do. He made sure his roofers cared as much as he did. We put off replacing the roof for a while because we didn't want to deal with the hassle and the expense. There was no hassle with Whole Armour, and he gave us options for roofing materials and companies so we could work within our budget. I would use them again in a heart beat.
