I think you can request "folded" eggs which is scrambled to them or fried, They use real eggs on the eggs. You can see them crack the eggs on the griddle.

Ordered a craft beer from 3 Sisters in St. Pete. It was good. For lunch we had the sirloin lunch special and brisket wedge salad. The food was not good. It was bad. And in their defense, maybe they were having an off day or maybe their lunch specials are left overs. The brisket was dry and way past it's prime. I sent it back and they brought me back more dry brisket which I guess they soaked in something, but you could tell it was way over cooked and past it's prime. The sirloin steak was not much better and the mash potatoes were at best luke warm. This was very disappointing. Especially after seeing some of the reviews. Suffice to say, this outing was definitely a one star for the food and four stars for the service along with the ambiance. I hate to hurl insults, but whoever is in their kitchen has either lost their passion or they just don't care. Best part of the meal was the wedge salad which was deliscious. It was priced in the $22 range and we were super excited for a new lobster. Roll shop close to our home. When the entrées came out, we were shocked at how small the lobster rolls truly were. The taste was very good. The bun was buttered, and the lobster was tasty and refreshing. The fries were crisp and seasoned well too. I'm not sure that I will go back to this place only due to the fact that it was not a good value.
