Their "chair side" manner is top tier, I mean TIPPY TOP tier. Nikki answered all my questions, even the ones that probably seemed absurd. Glossner& Mermick was one of the dentist offices that showed up. They werent the first ones i called, however they were the first ones that could see me that day. The dentist i had was dr glossner and i can say i was very lucky to get him as my dentist. Dr glossner is a smart very attentive dentist. He took the time to make sure that the mold of the crown was as near to perfect as you could get. His attention to detail is what really made me comfortable in the dental chair. I can say that i am not a huge fan of going to the dentist but since i started going here,my comfort level is at a ten for glad i did. Thats doc glossner and your team of experts!

I'm not sure of the pricing, but it's hard to find good dental work for a cheap price I guess. If you don't have your own dental insurance they offer their own as well and I'd say it's priced pretty decent. $245 for the HH and you can add additional members. This includes 2 cleanings and fluoride treatments, 1 x-ray a year, and some type of special x-ray at 3 years. Child plans are also available. So far this has been a good place to go. I think they may have given me TMJ though, so just watch how long your mouth stays open.

I had called when scheduling my appointment that I needed to be done by 4:10 PM, to make it for an appointment after. After being taken back 15 minutes late then my appointment time, that I arrived 10 minutes early to I finally finished at 4:50 PM. My barber appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm, so I missed that. Sauve does good dental work, but is way too overbooked. He is constantly switches to different patients which leaves many patients waiting. Ontop of this, I had a 125$ bill, in which I tried to use my health savings card on, but the front desk lady insisted that that would not work . Cliff notes - run far away!!!…read more Went in as a new patient with bad tooth pain. Office staff were okay. Spent their time chatting to each other. One telling the other her hair was really sticky from getting stuff in it while painting. Gross. Dental assistant was kind & did xrays & scan. Dentist came in, asking what was wrong, so explained my toothache. He replied curtly, "You need a root canal" I was surprised as less than a year ago I'd had a very comprehensive exam & crowns, no cavities or root canals were mentioned. I asked if he could tell that from these xrays. His response was, "no, I don't need xrays I go by the symptoms a patient tells me." What??! I should have ran out from Dr Quackers there & then. Sigh. He then blew air on the tooth & tapped on it. Nothing. So he then says,"your issue is you have a crown there & the surface is too flat." I know it is meant to be bumpy, so kind of made sense to me. He got a drill & was grinding at the tooth for a while, no questions as to if I was okay with that, doing fine? Afterwards I commented that the same tooth on the other side was probably the same as it was also a crown. Dr Quackers response, "well that isn't the issue is it, so we're not going to touch that." Okay then. Then a final sweet goodbye from this gem, "now don't chew on that side of your mouth for 6 months, then come back & see me. We'll see how it is going then." I looked at him wondering if he was serious, he was! He said just learn to push the food over to the other side. 36hrs later & I am chewing on the other side of my mouth! I had a cold drink & no issues. Then had a yogurt though & that caused sharp pain that lasted for about 10 minutes. So now I am left to look for another dentist. This time hopefully not as pretentious, haughty or flat! So there goes a few hundred bucks to Mr Quackers. Beware & be aware!!!

I told him we were traveling and would only be in the area for two weeks. The staff checked with the lab and they said they were able to have the permanent crown ready in time. Dr. Friedlander removed the broken crown and put the temporary on. The whole process took two hours. I was very satisfied with the service I got and the expertise of the dental staff.

During the wait time, I called a few times to check on the waitlist and once to report that the abcess was leaking a brown discharge. I also discussed pain management for the procedure since I had fear from previous dental situation in the past involving extreme pain that had not been managed well. Dr. Waltz and his rude staff seemed to think this qualified me as drug-seeking or an otherwise difficult patient and so abruptly cancelled my care without even guaranteeing 30 days of ongoing care as is required by patient abandoment laws. Then they sent me a bill for the first consult. I was left floundering to find new care during the pandemic.
