Totally incompetent.also cop had a terrible attitude when he stopped me he just told me give me your license he was sweating profusely his shirt was out he had a long beard which is against regulations and he went to another cop to get a ticket book which is also against regulations and as can see in complaints about cop he has anger issues and he testified in court that I yelled at him when in reality he yelled at me and didn't communicate why he stopped me and threw the ticket at me. I came out of the vehicle to ask why he stopped me and he totally ignored me. But John never even spoke to me or asked what happened. For John it's just another ticket. Win or lose he got paid. Oh also this was a 5 year old ticket.

I didn't speak to him again until the day before the court appearance. He informed me that he was able to get one ticket dropped, but there would be no points on my record. I'll admit I was disappointed that I had to plead guilty to two tickets, but I was still very grateful for no points. On the day of the court appearance, it was another attorney that I never spoke to before. He spoke with the prosecutor just before court began. I pled guilty and had to pay $230 in fines. Considering the $450 surcharge for 6 points & fines over $400, it was worth it to hire an attorney. Admittedly, I could have spoken with the prosecutor and negotiated a plea before seeing the judge. However, I wasn't willing to take that risk! Overall, I was pretty satisfied & hopeful that I'll never be in traffic court again.

When you call the line a receptionist picks up and is very pleasant however she's not physically receptionist at this location and works remote. I have left several messages with my name and number for him to call me back in addition to multiple emails requesting for an update on my case all of which have falling on deaf ears.
