I had a problem with the heat at my rental property and was told that a new blower would fix the…read moreproblem. I agreed to get and pay for the service. After they completed the job, the tenant complained that the heat did not work. I called a few times and talked with the owner. I was told that the system was too old and needed to be replaced. This was after I paid them. I was quoted a new system and duct work that they estimated to be almost $19,000. I was shocked but remained professional and friendly. However, I will not use them again for AC/Heat work for any more of my rentals. I felt that it was dishonesty to charge me for work that did not fix the issue. If they knew that their 'fix' was not going to cause the system to work, they shouldn't have charged. Why not tell me in the beginning that the system needs to be replace, maybe it wasn't properly diagnosed. I feel like $700 was stolen from me. I've used this company several time before, but I've lost my trust in this company.
