Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

The therapist came at 930 when i was not back home yet and being that i have a dog, i advised that he would need to wait until i was home which was At 938 am. I received a call from Veronica, screaming at me that I needed to let him up immediately and that she could not believe that i denied him access to my apartment while i was not home and how could i do such a thing. I asked her why she was so hostile and in my face for a service i prepaid $150 for, and i advised that if it cut into my 90 minutes then so be it for him to set up properly. But that no one is Allowed up while i am not Home. I let her know her customer service was horrible for the fact that i was in my apartment at 938 and she's yelling and whining on the phone to me how i could do such a thing. She proceeded to hang up and cancel our appt. I then proceeded to text saying we don't mind if we lose 5 minute of our appt and she had already cancelled our appt and made the therapist leave due to her saying i have an attitude, i am entitled and immature. Entitled to the appt i paid for and waited a week for? Yes i am entitled to the service i paid for and was sitting in my apartment at 938 waiting for. Immature ? I was not the one who hung up on a client and then proceeded to rage text them about how they don't do business with people who have bad vibes and cancel An appt again that i paid for.
