Do not USE YELP for advertising...
I was approached by Yelp for internet service advertising, the service ordered from Yelp Inc was internet exposure through an online presence, where customers could give reviews view reviews and to generate leads and referrals for my real estate business. September 3rd the promise from the sales rep Ali-Towfiq Ossayran was that I would receive to start $300 in free credits to start my Yelp ad process and that he would personally would work with me and my marketing team to set up a great Yelp page and presence to receive quick and immediate results from the ad.
The reason for the cancellation of service was due to the lack and miss representation of support from Mr Ossayran he did not give any support to me or my marketing team he was hard to reach and in his words on "Vacation". As far as the "$300.00 Credits" another miss representation that I never saw nor was it ever explained to me Yelp started billing me September 3, $249.49. and finally, by the time I expressed my dissatisfaction to Yelp on October 1st and closed the account on October 3rd I was billed another $540.00 & 31.49 on the last billing. I have no justification for such outlandish fees.
I disputed it with Master Card to no avail, they would not honor my complaint.
I have no documentation stating the terms I do not remember receiving any terms and conditions and for the receipts there are none justify the charges on my account that I am disputing.
In closing I feel as Yelp has taken advantage of the consumer, misrepresentation of facts, misrepresentation the credits and lack of performance and promises made to me. Yelp sucked
