I called my insurance and they stated according to their call tracking information and notes, no one has contacted them in regards to my eligibility. I attempted to call back and no answer. I'm not sure about how Dr. Scott operates but if his front office is indicative of his personal manner then I refuse to schedule my wonderful children or myself at his office. Just imagine stopping a surgery in the middle of it and letting the patient leave with an open cut and god knows what else. I asked, do you have a generator that could provide power in case this happened in the middle of the procedure? They looked at me like I was from another planet. We both walked away never to return.
