He…read moredoesn't return phone calls or want to speak to you regardless to any decisions made with a sale of a parent's home. The estate sale individual left the front door of my parents home, neighbor called me and someone was wandering around inside, police were called. Her company took cash, no record of invoices of what she sold from inside the home, just the amount of her commissions paid, strange? I took photos of my mother's jewelry that I turned into Eric, 3 pieces of my mothers jewelry were not on his inventory sheet I told his secretary no return phone call to me. I believe he never paid for lost jewerly! Worst thing was when the checks were distributed from the sale of the home no attached documents where all the money went? He gave basic documents in an email of what he wanted to show not all the expenses from the sale of her home! You can't question him, (Several other things also definitely not organized)

I would NOT recommend using attorney Craig Wright for any probate matter in Flint, Michigan. This…read moreis based upon my personal experience and not on someone else's second hand knowledge. When my mother passed a few years ago, she left behind a small estate in Flushing, Michigan. Since it was small, I relied upon a third party's recommendation to use attorney Craig Wright to have the matter probated. What you don't realize at the time of making such a decision is that you must take into account all of your personal time that must be utilized in closing such an estate. After retaining attorney Craig Wright, it was common not to hear from him or receive a status on the case for a very long time. As a result, I would have to contact his office for an update. I would initially be told that a status had recently been sent to me. A few weeks late I would receive an itemized statement for work performed within the recent past. Most of the activity would be administrative that appeared to have been handled by a paralegal at any time. This would be followed by an off the record promise that the case would be resolved very soon. In retrospect, I received these off the record promises of closure too many times. Additionally, I am convinced that unless I had continually prodded attorney Craig Wright's office, my mother's probate case would still be pending several years after filing. Further, the dollar amount and number of non-attorney fees charged by attorney Craig Wright's office seem way too high for the area. In summary, you will save a lot of time and aggravation if you spend more time locating a different attorney in the beginning of your case. This is even more true if you are concerned about the dollar amount of the estate.
