History
Established in 1981.
Attorney John R. Foley began practicing law in 1981, focusing on Employment Litigation and Family Law. In 1994, Mr. Foley started the law firm of John R. Foley, P.C. to focus principally on the practice of Family Law.
In 2013, attorney Patrick A. Foley,joined the firm, bringing years of experience in financial litigation and transaction practice. Patrick's addition to the firm has expanded the practice areas to include numerous relevant practices related to the growth and protection of assets and wealth, the collection and defense of claims, and the planning and administration of estates.
Since 2013, the firm has grown steadily, to include several additional support staff, and new attorneys, Jesse R. Stec (joined 2015), and Jennifer D. Larson (joined 2018).
Meet the Business Owner: John F.
Mr. Foley's practice concentrates primarily on Family Law, with a focus on high conflict cases and those with significant property at issue. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Foley has developed a wealth of practical experience and insight into the emotional, psychological and financial aspects of settling complex custody, parenting time, spousal support and property issues. Mr. Foley is committed to helping men and women resolve their Family Law related issues in a fair and honorable manner, avoiding when possible the emotionally destructive and financially debilitating consequences of litigation.In addition to representing individual clients, Mr. Foley has served as both a mediator and an arbitrator since 1995. He is widely known for his ability to bring complex and contentious cases to resolution through his alternative dispute resolution practice.
