I rented an apartment with them from 2016 to 2017, and I have no complaints with the apartment or the management. When I rented with FHPM, the managers were John and Colleen Downham. I was on a tight schedule, but John went out of his way to meet me during the only window I had available and show me the three apartments that we discussed earlier that day. I got the keys to my apartment the following day, and had no issues with it the entire time I lived there. The only thing that happened during my rental period was that one of the common area washing machines didn't work, so I used a different machine and I left a message for FHPM that evening. I was told the machine was fixed the following day (I didn't verify this since I didn't need to do laundry again right away). When I moved out, Colleen quickly mailed me my full deposit back. This month, I am in need of a reference for another apartment rental in another state. Since I have lived in privately-owned housing ever since I moved way from MT, and for nearly two decades before renting in MT, FHPM was my only option I had to get a reference. I contacted FHPM, only to find out that John or Colleen were no longer there. Instead, Julie McHenry contacted me, and has been completely professional and understanding of my situation. She informed me that the previous management left very detailed records of my time with FHPM, and therefore she would gladly give me a reference. Julie even replied to an email I left her well after regular office hours one night. After such great service from Julie now, and John and Colleen then, I volunteered to give FHPM a review of my own.
