So, I am going to talk about my experience with this law firm…read more First to all, It was impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone, they never answer the phone, so I had to send a text and they got back to me, I thought that maybe they were busy and tried to call again right after I received the text back, but no way, they never answered. Sent another text asking how their process works and they told me that they could set an appointment by phone but I needed to call and pay $100 by credit/debit. I needed some help so I called again and this time they finally answered (off course, they needed the $100). Did the payment over the phone and set the appointment for next day (Saturday), The lawyer supposed to call me at 11:00, I did not received the call, so I called them again and there was no answer, texted them and finally they decided to call me back at 11:22. Spoke with the lawyer for about 15 min, she was really friendly, asked me a couple questions and then she told me she needed to do some research about my case and that she would call me back on Monday but never received the call. Again, tried to call a couple times in order to know if she did the research and if she was going to call me back, Again, no answer, texted Again and got a text back saying they were going to try to contact her, and never contacted me back. So, according to my experience, no serious law firm, no honest and they are just trying to get those initial $100 from you. two thumbs down

I had to take the police to get my documents that I received there, since the first time I went the secretaries did not want to give them to me claiming that there was a contract that had to be paid and which never existed. The second time I went to the lawyer assuming that this time he would give them to me and he just made me rush saying that he would think about it. (I don't know what he really had to think if they were my documents) Today I had to go to the police and only then did he give them to me.
