I've used several real estate attorneys in the past and no one even comes close. Most recently she assisted me greatly behind the scene getting me out of a major fiasco caused by another attorney, and most importantly she greatly reduced my stress level caused from a sale that was handled by that other attorney. Currently Marie is working on another property that I'm buying, and I'm in total disbelief of how she really looks out for my best interest and how informative she is. She double and triple checks everything, literally everything, including the home inspection, bank loans, even for the home insurance and so much more. She is also an unbelievabley a good negotiator.
