I wouldn't give this company 1 star if I wasn't forced to. They rip off their vendors, by not…read morepaying their invoices for months. We are appraisers that did work for this company and sent them an invoice in October 2024 for $650.00. They ignored our numerous requests for payment, never answer their phone and only finally paid the bill in June 2026 and we contacted VA. At that point, they had racked up almost the amount of the invoice in late fees and refused to pay them. We also lost interest on that money by not receiving our payment until 8 months later. We got a check for the original amount of $650 (they did not include any of the accrued late fees) and they have avoided us since. In doing some checking on this company, it appears they have also screwed over quite a few other people. Jim Quist, the president of this company instructed us not to contact him again and in turn, refer our invoice to the accounting dept, who have also ignored our requests. Check the reviews carefully on this company and BBB before getting involved with them. A company that can't afford to pay people they owe would seem to be high risk. I strongly suspect the 5 star reviews given them are by family members and friends. We definitely will NEVER do business with them again.

Matt was extremely patient, available, and responsive and made the offer, contract, and closing process go as smoothly as possible. Especially considering that we were house hunting during the COVID pandemic, it was super helpful that he would do virtual/video tours of properties so we could decide if we wanted to tour in-person. When we found the home we wanted, he helped us draft an offer and stayed on top of the seller to get timely responses to questions and negotiations. He recommended a fantastic team of experts for us (attorney, inspector, etc.). We were so thrilled with Matt and would recommend him to anyone, but especially someone who wants a hands-on agent with a wealth of knowledge on the Chicagoland residential market.

On top of all of his great knowledge on the marketplace, Ryan is just fun to work with. He's professional, thoughtful, definitely thinks about the big picture. It's obvious that he wants to get his clients into the right house - not just any house - because doing that will keep him in their good graces and a shoe-in for future real estate transactions. Being a first time homebuyer, Ryan took care to explain the process to me and make everything comfortable. He even set me up with a contractor to do some work before I move in! I'm in love with my new place, but I know I won't be there forever, and I will definitely get in touch with Ryan when it's time to move. During the search for my condo, communication was speedy. Ryan & his team would get showings scheduled at the drop of a hat, and also took the time to educate me on all of the homebuying lingo/processes to go through, which really helped to demystify the process & make it less stressful. At the last showing we attended, I saw another real estate broker with her clients, and it was obvious that Ryan was more knowledgeable, experienced, & professional...and then a day later my offer was accepted.
