My last appointment was in March, but I received a bill stating I had not paid my $40 co-pay in March. I called billing disputing the billing. As they requested, I sent a screenshot of my bank account showing the co-pay for both appointments. They never responded. I received a letter advising I have a debtors warrant filled against me. I have called billing repeatedly, requested the supervisor to call me and now they will not take my calls. If I need to go to court over this, I will expect compensation as i have proof of payments. If I were the doctors, I would have a complete audit performed on your billing department because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been double billed. It's too bad. He was able to treat my toe during my first visit and recommend a course of subsequent treatment. The practice is well-organized, works easily with health insurance providers, and has X-rays available at the location. I see Dr. Alicia Mooty, who is one of my favorite providers of any specialty. Because of injury, I have seen a lot of Dr. Mooty, and I trust her implicitly. In addition to being an informed and top-quality practitioner and surgeon, she is exceedingly kind. The atmosphere she creates around her with her staff is really lovely and welcoming.
