The staff are always pleasant - there are usually two on the desk to help with enquiries, and the opticians are friendly and professional. My puppy chewed up my glasses that I had only had for one day, but I was able to order replacement arms over the phone. When I went to collect them I was presented with a new frame so just the lenses needed to be swopped and I was only charged the cost of two replacement side arms, not a whole new frame.
