Would not recommend working with this office. They have an unprofessional agent who never got back to us multiple times. When I tried to tell her I found her behavior unprofessional she said I was a liar and we'd never had any business. I showed her screenshots of her working with my husband and she felt that she should still stand by her attitude. She refused to aaddress my complaint. The owner of the office she works out of seemed to only care because I contacted the corporate office. This office has one agent worth any time. Randy Neatherlin. If you work with him you will be happy. Very nice guy. Ashley Leinneweber though is an unprofessional agent who often in my opinion acts like a child. Instead of being willing to find out the issue she simply ignores and blocks those critical of her. Not the kind of person I'd want negotiating over hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ask yourself do you want a real estate agent who will ignore you then pretend they were never working with your family and then have them talk to you like this, when you simply complained about their unprofessional behavior? Or would you rather give you money to an agent who takes complaints seriously? If you have any issues with her you won't get any help.
