When the company itself made a decision that all of us hit by Helene could not add anything to our policy for a year after our Helene claim, Marty and his staff did their best to talk to corporate on my behalf. After corporate refused to budge, they referred me to someone who could help. I have used other insurance agencies in the past who were truly awful. This one is by far the best I have encountered. We have now filed 3 times with different contractors to get a new roof and even with the evidence of a bad leak in my bathroom they denied the claims each time. The one time their insurance adjuster wouldn't even go up on the roof!! So no, I am not happy with the service we have received.
