Jim has always been very willing to plainly explain anything we have had questions about and provided almost immediate responses to requests we have sent to him and his staff. For example, we've been out of town and realized we didn't have our car's proof of insurance cards, and after a quick call to their office - within the hour his amazing staff had emailed a copy of the card to me, just in case we would need it. Also, my elderly father's car is also covered by State Farm and he has lost his insurance card multiple times, and Jim's team member never hesitate to send another one both in the mail and via email. Last week our car battery died on the opposite side of town ~35 min. away, and we had to call a tow-truck to haul it all the way across the city which amounted to a $200+ bill which we had to pay to the garage, right away. The following morning we called Jim's office and asked if our insurance covered a tow and his assistant said we indeed were covered for that!
