You are just another number and when it's time to raise rates they send out people from unknown companies to take interior photos of plumbing and electrical etc. For a home policy . If you guys care so much about your clients get off your butt and do it yourself . I guess this way that complete stranger can take the blame for you raising rates . They even mail their insurance packets to my new condo address, but they don't seem to understand that I am not living in the prior rental apartment and refuse to cancel the rental insurance for it.
