I've been to multiple places with multiple forms of treatments but after hearing other coworkers rave about how great Dr Nikki is I decided to give her a shot. Getting off the table for the first time I couldn't believe how well I was able to move and bend in all directions without the pain. After each visit it was that much better. I would recommend Dr Nikki over anyone. Not to mention the support staff in the office are amazing. Full of life and always there to greet you with a joyful smile when you come in.

I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

I am not sure what all of their duties entail but I can say that they are always incredibly busy, with outstanding customer service at all times. I had a hard time typing the words "Customer Service" because they make me feel like family. Also... check in is a breath of fresh air compared to most other clinics. Amber and Robbie embrace you and get ya signed in and warmly seated with a sweet smile. There is never a wait so very shortly you get called back weighed, vitals taken , etc, all done quickly and with utmost respect. Again NO WAIT....then,IN A FLASH There is a knock at the door and in walks your provider!!!! Every Single Time!!! Bonus is that urgent care is right there, they have their own lab too!!! They take most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. I cannot emphasize enough how great the front desk staff is. Also no one gets referrals done as fast as these guys do. They're fast professional and on the ball. They make you feel like they understand. I have been there in extreme pain and simply their eye contact and tone of voice has calmed me down. I am so grateful they are here. Again there is never a wait... However, the…read moredoctor (Sophia) and technician had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered from a doctor in my life. The technician asked for me to extend my arm in the air while taking a blood pressure reading. This is not typical or correct. A patient's arm should never be held unsupported up in the air. It should be rested. I said to her " this will surely elevate my blood pressure". Then she stated, "your BP is elevated". you think? The doctor would not listen to my concerns and instead became defensive, sassy, and condescending. I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the interaction, rather than heard and treated with professionalism and courtesy I would expect from a medical provider.
