Having our ceremony in the woods and traveling to beautiful beachside cliffs/beaches was a day that made our day more like an adventure. We have so many memories from that day and the pictures still bring tears to my wife's eye when she sees them (I put some of them as our Roku backdrop so they show up on our TVs every now and then) Advice I would give for anyone planning on doing this is prepare for all sorts of weather for your self and spouse as it could be super-hot or super cold/wet so just bring some photo worth options and plan your clothes for whatever comes. Once I saw her website, I was hooked. Immediately, I reached out to Jennifer and she was great at communicating and setting up a time for our engagement photos. She told us we'd have our photos by a certain date and actually sent us a link to our album a week before then! We really liked how the photos captured our personalities and how fun they were to take. I spent the whole day going back and forth with their rep (Ole) about our wedding package and pricing. They assured us they had availability on our date and even sent over the contract. But just as we were getting ready to send in the deposit check and sign, they dropped the bombshell: our date was no longer available because it had been booked by someone else. This left us scratching our heads, especially since we were just about to seal the deal and had sent the contract in literally seconds before they hit us with this news. We were hoping for better transparency, especially when we were in the midst of finalizing everything on our end the same day. Plus, it would've been nice to get quicker responses to our questions throughout our communication, which I believe would have sped up this process in its entirety. Why send us a contract if someone is in the middle of booking the same date and tell us it's available (same day)? Overall my husband and I are very disappointed and had higher expectations given their reputation.
