The office was very busy when I arrived, but to my surprise, the wait was not long. The ladies at…read morethe front desk were nice, although they seemed very busy and overwhelmed. My husband and I were brought into the same exam room. There were two young ladies handling the intake process -- one working at the computer and the other performing the vision acuity testing. The woman at the computer, who had black-and-white hair, did not greet or acknowledge us in any way. Before leaving the room, she also set up the vision machine incorrectly, and the doctor had to adjust it before beginning the assessment. I just hope the charting in the computer was entered correctly. Thankfully, the doctor double-checked the machine before starting. The other young lady who performed the acuity testing and administered the eye drops was very sweet, outgoing, and professional. She explained everything she was doing, and you could tell she was experienced. Dr. Kelley Cherchione was very friendly and professional. She explained everything clearly and gave us time to ask questions. There was also a scribe in the room with us who was quiet but very pleasant as well.

They gave me a prescription for eyeglasses so I went home went online. Found a place that had glasses. I liked order them or I should say. Tried to order them until they asked mefore my PD Because I needed that to complethe order . So today I called the doctor's office for the PD Because it wasn't on the script That the doctor forgot to put it on the prescription. I was then told that the doctor does not do that. You would think that it is part of the exam but it's not. So they tell me it will cost 15 dollars to have it done. Wow I thought to myself what a scam because the prescription is useless without it. So DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! So where ever you go ask if they include the PD in the exam.
