Absolutely appalling company, total con artists - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS…read more They lie about delivery times, their website is fraudulent and breaches the Distance Selling Regulations. Do yourself a favour a pay a little bit more and use a real company who will do what they say. AVOID E-PRINTING.CO.UK AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

appalling service. I ordered a roll up banner from E Prinitng. I spent a long time looking at…read moreproducts and decided that as I needed to be able to put the banner up and down quite regularly I'd go for one of the more expensive banners and not just the basic. Although the service was very quick when I got the banner home, I put it up to make sure it was ok and within 1 minute it was damaged. The material was awful - I have never seen such a poor banner before. When it was clipped in it did not stay up even though we made sure it was in place, when it was put up again it was very badly damaged - we phoned eprinting up straight away and they told us to email them with photos, which we did. It then took endless emails and calls back to chase them up and when they finally replied they told us it was all our fault and they will not fix the banner or even apologise. They even ignored our response. There were no instructions or care information to let you know how to make sure the banner is secure and to prevent damage. Unfortunately we have to keep using the banner as we spent our budget on buying this rubbish one and the poor connector has failed us again since and damaged the banner even more (made worse by the fact the banner is black) if the material was of better quality and the connector easier and more reliable to use then none of these problems would have occurred. I was going to buy more banners if this one was ok but now I'm going to look elsewhere - avoid.
