She let me know that they get these calls all the time and they have to weed through them to see who is actually serious and not just trying to get a free windshield out of them. She informed me that I need to email her my exact car model and Information and they will take car of everything. Well after multiple(probably 20 calls over 2 months) to the office, asking for Bell and the owner after I didn't hear anything back from them, they jusy never seem to be in the office or able to return my call which the office said would happen EACH TIME. Not one return call. I would highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. If they don't care about fixing something that they clearly damaged and said they would fix, why would they care about anything on your property. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Phil in his laid back, extremely knowledgeable manner, patiently explained the entire process of purchasing a Tuft Shed from the history to the warranty. Life happened and we had to put our purchase on hold, but Phil gently reached out to us and respected the timelines we gave him. Phil called and invited us to stop in to see him at the local home show, which is when we purchased our shed. We are extremely grateful to Phil for his product knowledge and his customer service in helping our family purchase the correct shed. We bought a 10X12 shed, which was built on my property with no issues from the contractor. However, a couple of the boards were cut show and we are waiting for those to be install. We actually just used our shed on this past Sunday and saw a bit of sunlight through one of the boards, which I will notify Phil of this week. Apparently taking home the wallpaper books is not a common occurrence at Sherwin Williams. Or perhaps just not this particular book. Carlos took all of our information (including drivers license numbers) and allowed us to take the book home provided I bring it back the next morning. Such an awesome gesture, especially given the fact that it looked horrible in the room after all. I returned here numerous times after looking at paint samples, as I knew that I wanted to give them my business because of what great customer service we received our first trip here. Finally went back this evening and purchased 4 gallons of paint. Carlos and Fred were working and could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable on what exactly I needed. I'm not going to pretend I understand the difference in flats verses semi glosses. However, these guys do and steered me in the right direction without allowing me to spend an arm and a leg. I've not once received this kind of attention at a Home Depot or a Lowe's. When I made my purchase, they gave me a 25% discount and carried the cans out to my trunk despite my insistence I could do it myself. Though this paint is much more expensive, it is a higher quality as well. I know I will be making the rest of my painting purchases here, there's no reason for me to give my business to anyone else.
