I told him and he said he would text me where to send the information to. Never received anything. I will find a doctor who has staff that can help. If his office is run this bad I wouldn't want to go there.

I had been trying to get a nagging growth removed from my foot for approximately 10 years. The…read moregrowth, or eccrine poroma, was located on the bottom of my foot and for some reason several other podiatrists and dermatologists were reluctant to remove it. Finally my primary doctor gave me a referral to see Dr. Kinchsular at Sacramento foot and ankle. He took a look at my foot, asked several questions, reviewed my medical history, and determined that he would remove the growth. During the procedure, he did not rush, he had a very calm demeanor and he removed the poroma with skill and precision. He also followed up with me until the incision was completely healed. Dr Kinchsular is very nice, personable, and has a caring attitude. He is also a Sacramento Kings fan which is a plus for me.

But, more recent with that of last year 2024 he was totally different and staff was treating me as a criminal. Doctor C. Wilkes said my insurance wouldn't cover anything but the visit as I was double insured and to get examined would be extra, he started talking about something that sounded like quackery with lazers measuring my foot for insoles that would cost around $300.00, he then wanted me to purchase insoles sold at the site which were $50.00 and I believe I seen them online for a cheaper price...when in the past having the same insurance, it covered there custom insoles on which a meld was made. Today, in 01/2025 I saw another Doctor at his site and she examined my feet, stated there's no hidden fees and gave a splint of some type, with further recommendations and follow up...I did buy there insoles, out of pocket which I wrote a personal check for and they took forever it seemed like to cash it, will also note the price went up from $50.00 to $60.00 and thought, I heard slander/gossip by staff and the other Doctor who saw me- as that with my medical condition of Anxiety/P.T.S.D. -Against the UNRUH Act. (also, denying service on past visit and knowing of my condition of Anxiety/P.T.S.D., diagnosed for P.T.S.D. around 2014 and Anxiety before that to which has been reaffirmed by many other licensed professionals since then, as my diagnosis would be in my chart too-then discussion of such is against HIPPA and "expectations of privacy" if near front reception, then I also been a paying resident in Folsom, CA for about a 1 year 1/2 with no roomies and having my Real-CA Drivers License-being born/raised in CA-USA as a straight-male Caucasian that such should be in my file as well-even a yearly fishing license, to show I'm no vaggrant-and having a bank account I had for 17 years with other credit cards all in good standing and solely in my name-no reloadable or giftcards) and slander 28 USC 4101 to even Fed. Statute: 18 USC: 245- 1.) b. & 2.) b. . I also have formal education to some college to include that of Ivy league and then further that of past training with past employers with government and some recognized private/corporate entities as well, since the age of 16 with permit. Also, was a respondent to a claim of a family case # 16DV00926, that wasn't even recognized by the court though, my admirable background was in comparison to the other party's and I made mention of such slander and the negative impact with my condition of Anxiety/PTSD. Dr Kinchsular was very courteous, pleasant and took his time to explain my problem and the best ways to get me "back on my feet" to include stretching, orthotics, and possible steroid injections. My feet were scanned in a neutral position with an iPad device which was kinda cool. It will be a few weeks for the orthotics to arrive. Hopefully they'll do the trick.

Was able to get an appointment with him within a week. He surgically removed it in a minor procedure in my first visit today. He gave me clear instructions on what should I do to take care of that area on that feet until I recover. He called me in the evening to check on how am I doing and reiterated the instructions. It costs you nothing to smile and make eye contact with your patients. I too work in a Dr's office and would never greet a patient this way. Keep in mind that people are coming in because they are either in pain or have a serious problem. They need help. They are putting their trust in you. Often they are afraid and need to see a reassuring smile or some sign that you see them and are there to try to help them.
