She actually took time to understand what I was looking for and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had met with multiple other surgeons in the past 6 years and there was always something about them that made me second guess myself. As soon as I met with Dr. Alderman I knew I had found the right surgeon. If you are trying to determine what size implant you should get, here are my results: I started out as a 32A. I have 300CC implants in both breasts. I had my surgery 6 months ago and I now vary between a cup size of 32C and 32D, depending on style and brand of bras. I am so happy with my results and love the way I look now!

After a thoughtful and thorough discussion, she told me she felt she was not the right person to perform my surgery and recommended another surgeon instead. That level of honesty is rare. It would have been easy for her to proceed, but she chose what she believed was best for me. Dr. Alderman is warm, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and about doing what's right, not just what's convenient. That kind of professionalism and ethical standard speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and principled plastic surgeon.

I sent in several pics of the way I wanted them to look. I was shown through the implants how they WOULD look. I specifically said I did not want the "far apart" look where I would have to always wear a push up bra. I then had to spend time and money with a hematoma I developed. I did everything I was told. Then I was told they weren't looking larger because they would drop. Etc, etc. spent thousands to have to just go back and still wear the same size bra and swimsuits and have to use a push up- which I was doing anyway. There is no difference in my $60 bra of October 2023 and my $7K boobs from November 2023 when you look at pics. I went back in because I literally cry thinking of what I spent and went through almost daily for NOWHERE near the result I wanted. In order for anything to change I would have to spend another TEN thousand dollars I was told. Most exciting decision of my adulthood turned into the biggest regret of my life. I hate writing reviews, esp because they are nice ladies... but nice would have been making it right as I was told over and over again in the beginning how important that "is to them" and their "commitment to excellence"... if I could go back to the morning of and walk out, I would 1,000%.

I did an NAD drip while prepping for RF microneedling and collagen-stimulating injections, then finished in the hyperbaric chamber with red light. The next night I got carded at the bar for the first time in years I love visiting the graivier center on my trips to Atlanta. Shout out to Dr. Hill and aesthetician Ashley!!

It got bigger and redder. Dr. Hill treated it with steroid shots and three rounds of IPL but nothing worked. Finally, I sent an email to ask if he had botched the surgery and if there was any hope of the area getting better because I want to be a reasonable person and just move on with my life if the answer is no. He got me in for a follow up right away and admitted that because the stitches had ripped during surgery, this triggered more trauma to the area. The surgery was unsuccessful and my body did not respond. He offered to do another surgical removal (without the cryotherapy) but that there was only a 50-60% success rate. I asked his assistant if she would do the surgery if she were in my shoes, and she gave me an evasive, "I think you should do it if it makes you happy." That told me everything I needed to know. A week or two later I sent a follow up email to say that I was going to decline surgery and asked for a partial refund. Seeing as Dr. Hill did take a lot of time in trying to help me after surgery, I thought this was a fair ask and worth a shot. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I sent a follow-up last week to kindly remind them to respond to my email, but they never did. Now, if they don't want to give me a refund, there's nothing I can do. I just figured that anyone in my position would do the same, but this is completely unprofessional, considering I am a patient in their care. I cannot recommend the Graivier Center to anyone hoping to get a chest keloid removed. Save your money and stay away.
