I, David Simoniello retained John Bragg from the Spring Street Law Building located in Independence when my X Wife just would not go away. My X wife, after losing in our divorce case, decided to try and strum up some bogus "Invasion of Privacy" charges against me in retaliation. On 9/07/2017 after a 3 day jury trial, comprised of 12 Jurors, I was awarded $33,000.00. John Braggs 45 yrs of experience along with being a prosecuting attorney in a nearby city, really showed those three days. John really owned that court room. It was really obvious that this wasn't Johns first rodeo. I was so proud to be his client and wouldn't ever hesitate to retain him again, even over the free service that Ford Motor Company provides me.
