The staff told me that their hours had been reduced to Tuesdays and Thursdays only, and that the earliest they could see me would be in the middle of December. I explained my situation, including the frustration with simply setting an appointment, and pleaded to get an earlier appointment. I was denied. Not only was I disappointed in the lack of compassion for a person wandering in public with half a front tooth, but also for the lack of professionalism. Simple business sense dictates that you answer the phone when a customer calls. I felt like I was putting them out for trying to give them business.
