He's a (somewhat) knowledgable doctor but has a massively inflated ego. The first time I went he said that he doesn't want to treat ANYONE that goes to another doctor (including if you're travelling and need a doctor for a few months in another state/country). On the 2nd visit I had with him he said there was a "breakdown in communication" between us because I didn't want him as my primary care doctor and had medical attention from another doctor since the last visit (I dont know why his staff allowed a 2nd apt to happen if he was so against it). At that point the appointment was a waste, so I left. Got a letter in the mail less than a week later saying that he'd never treat me again because there was a "breakdown in communication". Really unneeded, condescending, and holier than thou attitude. If you don't want a patient to come into your office, don't let your staff book them, that simple. If you're looking for a knowledgable doctor that is the only doctor you go to, this is your guy. If you're like the rest of the world and theres a chance you'll visit another doctor, don't waste your time here because he will refuse to treat you and you'll get a rude letter in the mail that you hurt his feelings for visiting other doctors too.

Dr. Grabemeyer-Layman has horrible bedside manners, abrasive communication style and lacks accountability for her shortcomings. Check-in is always a breeze, the nurses and assistants are always friendly, the overall feel of the place is professional and clean, and I've never had any billing issues. They're also patient and kind indulging my nerves when I'm getting blood drawn and getting vaccinated! I've seen a few doctors here and have always had great care. My primary care physician is Dr. Jessica Kennedy and I can't say enough positive things about her. She's knowledgeable, listens carefully to my concerns, and either has the answer or refers me to an excellent specialist. I'm also very happy with Dr. Mark Romanelli, a dermatologist who does annual skin exams and recommends great products to ensure healthy skin. I've also had positive experiences with the other doctors I've seen at this location, like Dr. Vasiloff, who I saw once at short notice when I wasn't feeling well. It's important to find a team that will help you stay healthy, I definitely recommend Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Romanelli, and this NW Physicians Group.

I had a great experience with Irene Torres. I got bit by a dog just above my lip. I had to get 7…read morestitches. I was very worried about getting them taken out because I know it can be very painful because I knew how tight the stitches were and how sensitive the area was. I went in to get them removed, and she told me originally to wait another day or two, but when I told her how concerned I was about who did it, she called me back to tell me that she had contacted the other NP that would be there that day to ask her how she felt about removing the stitches, and she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Irene researched the amount of time needed to leave the stitches in to make sure it would be ok to remove them that day, and said that I would be fine to come back that day while she was there. It showed how much she truly cares about her patients. She did an excellent job with the removal, and I had very little pain. I was so relieved to have them out, and it's still healing up nicely. Irene has years of experience, is very kind and does a great job. CVS is lucky to have her! Thanks again!
