Our wedding was at Schloss Höhenried and Mr. Gentscher was their preferred caterer, which we very quickly understood why. He and his crew are extremely professional, with outstanding service, great food and an amazing attitude! We had an afternoon reception that started at 13:00 to 16:00, then an seated evening dinner starting at 19:30. During the afternoon Mr. Gentscher was walking joking around and "playing jokes" on our guests. We had a mixture of Germans and Americans and regardless of the language, everyone loved him and his crew. In the evening (4am) once they were done cleaning up they even made sure to leave an extra case of beer for us to enjoy with the last of the crew sitting outside. Menu: Afternoon: Mini-Schnitzel's and Kartoffelsalat Nürnberger sausages and kraut open faced sandwiches misc. finger foods assorted cakes (which also came from Gentscher) Evening: Anitpasti w/salad starter Beef medallions with rosemary potatoes and almond-broccoli Trio of desserts: Creme Brulee, Quarknockerl & chocolate mousse Everything was FABULOUS. I think the food even tasted better than when we had our "Probeessen". This was actually unbelievable to me since he works from a mobile kitchen that they bring from Altötting and the food tasted better than most fixed restaurants. It's not only my bias speaking - this was the best wedding food I have ever had! Bottom Line: + Great Food + Great Service + Great variety (you could get everything for the wedding from him if you wanted, not just food & beverage) + Extremely Fair and Reasonable - Altötting was a bit outside of Munich to drive to for the Menu tasting before the wedding I have to admit, probably as most brides, I did get a little nervous about our choice before the wedding, but very quickly, on the day, I realized that the worry was for absolutely nothing - he runs a very fair and realistic business - no false expectations! :-)

The following months, we had many phone conversations and Emails and we could always rely on a quick response from the team. On the day of the wedding, Marco and his team were absolutely excellent. Everything worked so well. The food was superb and they really had everything under control. Such a great and friendly team. Our guests enjoyed the food and spoke highly of how friendly the staff was. We really recommend those guys and couldn't say one bad word about them! Thank you so much!
