I would have to say my favorite customer service employee at the Baxley Circle K is Mr BJ. He is always pleasant and has a kind word and smile for the customers. Well let's start with the complete ambiance of the Circle K Baxley Georgia. The best time to go is way early in the morning before daylight. You know when most people are on the way to work or sleeping before work.As you enter the cement and asphalt parking lot tho it may be stained with various questionable stains it is swept clean and tidy. The trash receptacles are not over following.As you look around you will notice the occasional homeless drug addict or schizophrenic person mumbling to themselves,arguing with some unseen person or feral cat.You will notice the occasional gangbanger playing loud and perverse sounding music on the multiple thousand dollar stereo from a three hundred dollar car.Oh as a side note a couple times a summer the motel across the street pulls all the mattresses in the parking lot of said motel in middle of night and spray them for some reason. That is something else you could watch at Circle K. As you enter the well lit store you can look to your left there are more fine misplaced people playing the electric gambling machines . They usually say hi and give you an almost toothless grin. Then you can enter the restroom area which is usually pretty tidy and looks 95% Hepatitis and Body lice free. As you exit restrooms you will notice Circle K offers various sundries like for example Little Debbie products. ILOVE EATING LITTLE DEBBIE!!They have different canned and packaged snack meats ,pork rinds,candy bars and roller grill products.MMMMM MMM GOOD!!. They offer beer,wine ,cigarettes and Joker 1.5 rolling papers.They also sell the local paper if you are interested in for whatever ungodly reason you lose your sanity and need to rent somewhere to live here. Just a few minutes ago we had one of the most pleasant gas and restroom stops. The experience was…read moreduring travels in Georgia. We do travel a lot. We are traveling with our three grandchildren. After leaving Savannah to go toward Macon, we were traveling on I-16 where there are too many miles between gas stations and convenience stores. Our youngest traveler needed to use the restroom badly. Suddenly, Exit-71 was there with a Chevron gas station and convenience store. I followed my wife and three kids into the convenience store. We were greeted by a woman with one of the friendliest faces and beautiful smiles one could hope to meet during travels. Sandra, the employee behind the counter, smiled at our family and said, "Good morning". My first thought was that she saw our desperation, and like a flight attendant she pointed us in the right directions with "Women's room this way, Men's room this way". Then, as I waited in the store for our two boys who were in the restroom, I saw that she greeted everyone as they entered the convenience store. The convenience store seemed so clean and orderly. I checked to make sure that our boys left the restroom clean. The restroom was very clean. My wife said that the women's restroom was also very clean. I talked with Sandra for a few minutes. She told me that she treats the store as if it is her personal home, and we are her guests. If someone came to visit her at her home, the first thing that she would do is to make the guest feel welcome and tell them, "Restroom is that way and the fridge is that way". When I like someone's refreshing personality, I comment to my wife, "I would have coffee with that person". I would have coffee with Sandra. What a unique, fresh personality. I recommend 100%, a refreshing stop at the Chevron, Exit 71 on I-16 between Macon, and Savannah.
