The managers side with their s*** employees. The employees think their only job is to stand there and try to look pretty. The manager apparently tells people she owns the store and there is nobody of higher authority you can speak to. After finding the number to speak to the district manager/HS/owner, It's been almost a month since I've received a call back, been able to speak to anyone, or any action being taken over my complaint. The manager DOESNT care, if you dare react to the employees disrespectful actions, you're at fault and the employee has done nothing wrong.. They DO NOT care about their customers, get ready to be disrespected, potentially harassed, threatened, verbally assaulted. Some of the staff are VERY racist to people of color, as I've experienced this first hand. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a bad experience go anywhere else.

But I have to say as party stores go this place has everything that you could possibly need. It's clean and everything is up-to-date (they just rebuilt and expanded) and they've added some gas pumps which allows for more opportunities to fuel up along this stretch. They have an excellent selection of liquor located behind the counter. You are sure to find exactly what you are looking for. I also have to say that all the basic grocery items that party stores usually carry were in abundance everywhere I went Without a doubt this is the place to go if you are on the southside and you need a party store that will fulfill all your needs They even have a TV on the wall that unfortunately was showing footage of Tom Brady's retirement. And as I had about my fill of that guy sometime around 2001 that kind of ruined my day but it's not the fault of the owner!

Wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't post-Covid 19 - 365, swine flu, bird flu, etc etc. In addition to having no napkins, you also don't get a straw till you purchase your drink. I understand the cost cutting concept there. Hopefully you understand, when one is unable to pop the straw in the cup they inevitably overfilled, you're gonna have a slip and fall in no time! ‍ Allow your patrons to wash and dry their hands.....
