We put in a formal complaint against Jack of all trades with the Div. of Consumer Protections Albany NY. There's now a public record with documentation of how they improperly installed a metal roof on our house that can not be fixed but needs to be replaced and we are out $22,200 for that roof and $24,000 for the one we just got to replace the one they improperly installed.
