They were really pushy when I got xrays that showed I had "10 cavities", I was very skeptical since my last visit elsewhere i had no issues and asked for an explanation but they kept referring to other Drs. , who all weren't clear. Kept pushing to reschedule multiple days to have them all filled but when i refused they somehow had a spot that same hour to get one filled. I stayed and wasn't too thrilled with the results. After this i've gotten endless calls and emails to return (i will never). End of story i have gone to a new dentist who gave me the reassurance with xrays i actually had no cavities. Dr. Weitzer was my fourth interview, and I needed to go no further. I asked lots of questions and he was very precise and clear when describing what I needed. He told me specifically what will be happening in stages and how long I needed to recuperate. We worked out a budget that was very agreeable to us both. He performed the work, and I have not had a bit of trouble since. I am very grateful to Dr. Weitzer for my very healthy mouth!

I've sent all my teacher friends to Dr. Auerbach. His office is clean, big, and well-staffed. The equipment is the most technologically advanced that I've ever seen. Also (and this is key), it's soooooo easy to use your UFT dental coverage here! All you need is your social security number and your file number. You won't have to pay a dime out of pocket, even if you have 12 cavities in your mouth. I also love the goody bags that they always send me away with. Electric toothbrush? Awesome!

I am 26 years old and never had any major surgery or had to be put under before, so needless to say I was terrified. Dr.DeFalco and team were extremely understanding, comforting, and reassuring. They took care of me so well. After my consultation, I had to schedule my appointment about 2 weeks after. At the consultation, I was notified that I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed,it was going to take about 1 hour for surgery, and I was going to need stitches. The day of the surgery, it took him 20 minutes to remove all 4 of my teeth and I didn't need stitches! I had to have laughing gas and local anesthesia, and woke up shortly after feeling so relieved. I highly recommend going to Dr.DeFalco's office for ANY type of oral surgery. I could not be any more pleased with the service and care that I received from his office.

All this happened, and no notice was provided to ongoing patients by Dr. Tanios-Rafla, nor by the new owner/dentist. This patient was midway through an extended procedure, and left high and dry, left to find a new dentist to complete the procedure. Has to be the height of unprofessionalism. Can't believe a licensed professional would behave in this manner. Will be addressing with the State Board of Dentistry.
