My friend and I both ordered salads and fresh pressed juiced. I had the grönsakslandet salad: a big bowl of quinoa, avocado, beet hummus, pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the "orange" juice, a glass of fresh pressed carrot, ginger, strawberry, and apple. If you've ever been to Bagsværd you'd know that it's not a very big city, and seems to have an overpopulated amount of kebab places and not enough places to go when you want something quick for lunch.
