Space is a little tight like the other stores within Pacific Mall. They seem to update and add new things to their inventory pretty frequently. They are friendly and will get to you pretty quickly if you have questions. They keep to update through their Instagram (legacy.to). Prices of bags are pricey but bags are in very good condition. Price of clothing are very affordable (under $50). If you go in person, there is a chance that you will possibly get a discount and/or a freebie.

Back then, I didn't bother shopping here because you had Eaton Centre across the street. The office building part wasn't even on my radar. It took being an undergraduate and spending a lot of time in the area for me to warm up to this place. I spent a lot of time at The World's Biggest Bookstore and all music stores on Yonge Street, along with some time at the arcade. They are all gone. Back then, the Atrium on Bay had an Olive Garden. So many breadsticks, and spaghetti with meatballs were consumed. Yep, that folded years after I had left living in the GTA. When I returned to reside in Markham for my second and current stint, I often had dinner at The Pickel Barrel with friends. I loved it. It's gone as well. See a pattern? Then, there was Spring Roll. Although my go-to location was across from where I worked at Yonge and Eglinton, there was one here. All Spring Roll locations have folded. It's sad that all these places that I enjoyed visiting and eating at are gone. However, I was pleased to return after a decade to the Atrium on Bay and I like what I saw. Red Lobster is there. I wanted to get some biscuits, but I had just had dinner. It smelled so good as I continued my walk. The food court is still there, but it's cheerful and vast. It wasn't busy at dinner time, but you can get your Popeyes chicken fix or hit My Sushi for your Japanese food cravings. I walked by Rexall, CIBC, and Kin Kin Bakery (seriously tough not buying stuff before going to a concert), before I got to the flagship Muji store. If you are a fan of Muji, you must visit this store to enjoy two floors of minimalistic, nondescript, functional, practical items. There are a number of vacant stores. It's not expected during this pandemic. I hope that more stores open up. There are a number of smaller businesses that I'd love to spend more time checking out. Photo Imaging Plus intrigued me. I wasn't expecting an assortment of Squishmallows there. I'll definitely be back to check them out as a fan. I hope to go back to check out the stores more thoroughly when I'm not cutting through it before attending a concert. I'd love to eat at Red Lobster. Markham lacks one, so why not come down here and toss my money at Muji? I'm glad that I dropped by to check out the Atrium these days while reminiscing about the past. (191)

Tip: There's a ton of parking at this plaza…read more Last Saturday, I visited Brooklin Town Centre after a late lunch. It had a Dollarama that I wanted to visit. I then ended up at Tim Hortons, The Beer Store, and Scotiabank. I am not great at knowing the exact name of any plaza or shopping area. I am there for specific stores. As long as I get there in one piece, I'm happy. This plaza looks fairly new. I'd say that it's less than a decade old. The plaza's sign is interesting. It has Brooklin Towne Centre -- Towne with an e. When you look at Google Maps, the e is dropped. My guess is that the property owner registered the name with the e to conjure up cozy historical vibes. Brooklin has a charming downtown area that I frequented a while back when it had a Copper Branch. My guess is that over time, the e got dropped from Town. It is an archaic spelling of the word that no one uses regularly. This plaza's got a FreshCo, BarBURRITO, Great Clips, A&W, and Shoppers Drug Mart that piqued my interest. I didn't need to visit any of them on Saturday. It was nice to know that they exist and I'll visit them eventually. I liked all the businesses that I had visited. They had everything that I needed. What stands out this that this plaza has three drive-thrus. It is the first time that I've witnessed it. Most plazas that I visit have a maximum of two. The three drive-thrus here are at: - Scotiabank - A&W - Tim Hortons What's cool is that they are all close to one another. Scotiabank and A&W has entrances next to each other. You do need to pay attention to which entrance you want. A&W and Timmy's have parallel drive-thru lanes, but they run in opposite directions. I looked at photos that a Yelper had uploaded for this business listing. It's odd that this person grabbed them off Google, as I can see the watermarks on most of them and they are fuzzy. Weird. However, I'm not going to knock this person for not taking photos. On the contrary, this person did a screen grab of Shoeless Joe's. I didn't see it when I was here. It looks like Piper Arms has taken over from where Shoeless Joe's used to be. I like this plaza a lot. There's April's Nail and Spa that seems to have decent ratings. Maybe when I feel like getting a manicure, I'll be here. I look forward to returning. I like how spacious it is. Folks were friendly at every business that I had human interaction with. (334)

When I grew up, it was generally quieter, less bussy and less crowed (excluding events and maybe the food court area). Also, some of the stores and restaurants that been around for 15-20 years are still there (ex. Dollarama, Food Basics, McDonald's, Tim's, Pizza Pizza). It looks like it had some recent renovations with new fixtures, stores and restaurants. Despite the size and location, Woodside Square seems to be doing better and has more foot traffic compared to Pacific Mall (the past)

They have a Dino Kingdom which various dinosaurs and animals are displayed throughout the mall. They offer tours usually for 1 hr long. The mall also has 2 indoor playgrounds and a claw machine store.

Mostly chains here, but some mom & pop spots in the food court and smaller spaces. It's a busy hub as it's right in the heart of the city and connected directly to the TTC transit subway system! Expect large crowds at all hours of the day, and a mix of people from students to tourists. Best to get here walking or by transit as the traffic around this area can be horrendous! Also note the elevators here are VERY slow -- so give yourself lots of time if you're meeting friends here on upper levels. The escalators are also super skinny, so only one person can be on it at a time, making travel up/down these also very slow.

We had just finished shopping at Winners. We looked at the Old Navy listing on Google Maps. Photos showed that it was next to HomeSense. From our vantage point, we couldn't see it. Was it in the corner or was it permanently closed? We had no clue. We drove over to the corner. Old Navy was there. Location-wise, it's not the best being tucked away in the corner. I parked closer to the store. My friend was slightly further away. We got out of our vehicles and walked in. We both like Old Navy. I have always liked that it is size-inclusive. At my heaviest, I was able to find clothing that fit me without looking frumpy. This store had 50% off jeans. What a steal! My friend got a pair of boyfriend jeans. I found a luxe top that felt so nice to the touch. It was also on sale at 30% off. I got it in green. There were so many good deals at this store. Getting a t-shirt for $12 was decent. I liked seeing an assortment of jean jackets. I got a friendly male staffer at the checkout. I entered my phone number associated with my GAP rewards to earn points. I paid for my item with a credit card. I tapped and was done. He asked me if I needed a bag. I declined, as I had a single item that didn't merit one. I walked over to my friend. She didn't have a phone number associated with her GAP rewards. Maybe she did, but she has moved around and likely had an old phone number associated with it. She was able to rattle off her e-mail address. The manager found her rewards account that way. Yay! There was an orange alert for heavy thunderstorms while we were shopping. We heard thunder and heavy rain while shopping at this store. We had to wait between the doors for the pouring rain to stop. It took perhaps fifteen minutes before it was safe to head to our vehicles without being drenched. I liked shopping here. It had great deals and service.
