Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. I hope I'll never need them again, but I can recommend them for anyone who needs fire restoration services. Thank you Charlie, Miguel, Brandon, Billy, Batt/Edgar, and Christoph.

I was watching in devastation as Firemen worked, when a petite lady approached me and told me that I did not have to worry about anything. She was arranging for accommodations for us and all the details were being worked on. She was very professional and caring. I was skeptical at the beginning as I had never heard of the role of an Independent Adjustor but in the meeting that we had the following morning, she and her team explained to us who they were and what their role would be. After some hesitation, and yes prayers, we signed the contract with her. From then on, she became our Guardian Angel. I did not have to deal with the Insurance Agent or anyone involved. She became my advocate and best ally. Yes, it was a long process due to the amount of destruction, and delays who were out of Sheila's control. Now I know in my heart that The Lord sent her to be by my side throughout a most terrible challenge. I hope that anybody who is unfortunately going through the same terrible ordeal as we did, read this review and trust her and her Company, just as we did.
