I have been with Dr Joe about fifteen years; he's a quality individual, has a great staff, and knows his stuff. The following reinforces my opinion. . . Yesterday I arrived early for my 11am appt only to find out it was actually a 1pm appt. I had misread the time on the card, but didn't want to wait over two hours. I asked the front desk staff (Lori & Erika) if I could wait till Dr Joe had a break; I had arrived with a new problem, a broken crown. I just wanted five minutes to get the new problem evaluated. After a short wait I was back in the chair and got my eval, a better than expected outcome. And then, Dr Joe & LeAnn got to work on my regular appt items, three minor repairs that took about an hour. Everyone has unexpected 'stuff' that happens; Dr Joe and his staff turned my stuff into a normal positive experience. I have had Dr Arbutante as my dentist going on 4 years. I have been happy with Dr Arbutante and his staff. Up until recently, I have had routine visits and cleanings. The staff is professional and reassuring. They were patient in answering all of my questions. The compassion and sincerity expressed to me was very comforting. My son loved his first appointment here!! We a new to the area and overdue to find a new dentist. My 11 year old son was nervous about seeing a new dentist. Kisa, the hygienist really put him at ease and was so friendly. Jack loved that he got to watch Scooby Doo during the cleaning. He was over the moon that he had no cavities! Amazing Dr and staff! My 6yr old had to get a shot and she said it didn't even hurt. The got to watch cartoons through the whole procedure and got a toy at the end. I highly recommend you checking them out! read more

Broke a tooth over the weekend and was able to get in to see Dr. Joe on Monday. He put a temporary cover on the tooth then scheduled an appointment for a crown. Tooth feels like it's already been fixed! read more
