I had to cancel this appointment and call to tell the expert staff. I left a message. I got a call from an unidentified nurse so said "I did my job, look on the website yourself"and hung up on me. A year later I go back with an injury. I'm trying to give them a 2nd chance. I got there early. After an hour of listening to them and using my cell phone to get the insurance straightened out the robust girl with the purple hair cancelled my appointment with glee. (I have a checkbook. It was all about insurance.) I went in the next day for relief. I had to deal with the same crew. . Friends, for you own sanity just go to the emergency room. There is no one to report these folks to. You can't just call Dr. Hunar. I don't think she wants to hear it. The money is too good to be bothered with the common people. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. None of my doctors are with Brookwood Baptist anymore. Watch yourselves folks! At least with the Catholics I know where I stand.

I met with Dr. Courtney Gregory and she and her team were great. My visit was almost like a consultation to see how to proceed for the next visit. Once she asked her questions I went down to the 1st floor for labs. The nurse was able to get blood on the first try which is always a plus especially when you have small rolling veins. I don't feel welcomed honestly at times even speaking to the provider, office staff are decent. I have VA benefits including medical but chose a civilian provider for my needs and seems as if this was a terrible decision. I have multiple specialists and have never felt this way with a female provider. Lost a job of 3years because I couldn't get simple paperwork filled out for a condition the provider was treating me for! I truly feel that if she is not getting paid to talk to you she wont talk to you or assist.

This location is very convenient for me so that a major plus. Another bonus is that this doctor does pediatrics and internal medicine so the whole family can be treated here! That's another bonus. Of course, they are taking Covid-19 precautions by spacing out appointments so there are a limited number of people in the waiting area. Before you enter the lobby, you are to call to get the go ahead to come inside. You must wear a mask and your temperature is taken. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are available. Dr. Moore Jarmon and her staff put my boys at ease during their visit. They were friendly and personable. The doctor even gave the boys goodie bags. My younger son said, "She's a nice lady!" Her nurse lied about Dr. Bennett being unable to refill my grandmothers medications. Also denied refills on my dad's medications after she verbally told him to increase the dose but he obviously ran out faster than the original script due to the altered dose.
