**WARNING - UNVACCINATED STAFF IN CLINICAL SETTING** After…read moregoing to Robbins East for the last month, I was shocked to learn that staff (including the PT treating me) isn't required to be vaccinated. This means that I was unknowingly exposed for over 4 weeks. I recently attended my sister's outdoor wedding (which required all attendees to be vaccinated) where I interacted with immunocompromised relatives, on top of staying with my elderly parents. Robbins' dangerous decision literally puts lives at risk. At the very minimum, I should've been aware of this when I first booked an appointment (I was not). I only discovered it from an off-hand comment from my PT. Given that they book 2 patients for every PT session, they're exposing a high volume of patients, many of whom are older, ill and at higher risk for COVID-related complications and death. If we assume (modestly) that 5 PTs at each office see 20 patients (2x patients each hour for a 10-hour shift), that amounts to each office exposing 100 people -- across 6 Robbins offices, that's 600 patients daily. It's not just about the health of the individual patient. It extends to the patient's household, family members and everyone they interact with. Ultimately, the blame lies squarely on Robbins' management for not requiring public safety measures that are overwhelmingly backed by science. If they can't make a sound decision about vaccinations based on irrefutable clinical evidence, I can't trust them with my care. If you find yourself in the same boat, I recommend finding PT providers affiliated with the local hospital systems -- St. Luke's and Lehigh Valley Health Network are both requiring their staff to be vaccinated.

After my initial consultation, and viewing of my MRI Dr Tucker agreed I needed to have my right knee operated on. I was so impressed by her compassion, and the ease in which she explained the entire procedure to me.I already had my left knee done 2 years earlier by a different doctor, but he retired. Sandy, Dr Tucker's MA was great! She is very kind and worked really hard to get me the surgery date I requested. When I called to make an appointment the staff was also very nice. I'm so lucky that I got it in January and didn't wait until March like originally planned like I was going to do.Especially since the Covid-19 hit and most nonessential surgeries were cancelled including knee surgeries. I got my surgery several weeks later and it went very smoothly. I was told to be there two hours before which I was. My surgery was scheduled for 1:15 PM in the afternoon. I was on the operating table at 1:13 PM. The Morristown outpatient center was amazing! The anesthesiologist came in and introduced himself and explained everything to me. Dr. Tucker also came in and spoke to me before my surgery. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Afterwards, I was sent home and I received a call from Dr Tucker and also a nurse from the outpatient center for 2 days in a row. I met with Dr Tucker several more times to follow up with my surgery. She gave me photos of my surgery and went over everything she did. Dr Tucker wound up doing more then what was originally planned once she got inside my knee. I was able to do some physical therapy at Kessler but that was eventually cancelled due to the COVID-19. My follow ups during covid -19 with Dr. Tucker we're done by phone. There's a huge parking lot and if you're handicapped they have a few spots up front. The office is located right through the front doors for easy access. I really like this orthopedic office and recommend Dr Tucker

We called to have my nephew looked at since he slipped and wanted to double check If he had any broken bones. Dr. Kimberly Tucker refused to see him because his parents weren't present. We were very clear and didn't lie regarding the situation before we arrived, that me, the aunt will be present with his grandmother and uncle. They told us it was ok as long as we show a valid ID which I provided. I asked if I can call his mother and was told that was not possible. Thank you to the nurse who smerked and laughed a little who thought this was some sort of a joke. Just a hint. When people are calling to make appointments, advise them that. You guys wasted an entire day of work for three people who are worried for a minor who slipped and just wanted to get him the help he needs as soon as possible. Thank you for wasting our time. It is very much appreciated. I wouldn't recommend your place to a frog. Edit* Sept 4, 2020. Thank you so much for calling Social Services and lying to them so I can officially file a complaint to the BBB about your company for defamation, lying and stating that I refused service for my nephew. You guys stated that you were worried about him but refused to see him? Yeah it totally makes sense that I would give you my identification, his insurance and walk in with him but refuse service when I got there. Good explanation. I left your office and did not curse anyone out. I said you guys are terrible for refusing to see him and make sure he was ok and did not have broken bones. SHAME ON YOU. Don't worry we took him to RWJ next door and he has a cast on and for your information he did fracture his arm no thanks to you guys for finding that out. You guys are a disgrace of an office. All we wanted to do was make sure he was treated WHICH YOU REFUSED to do and your company has the nerve to call social services and LIE ABOUT IT because I wrote a review. Well here's an extended version. I don't know how you people sleep at night but don't worry, my nephew is getting the care that he needs no thanks to your no help doctor. Was it because I posted my experience that really ticked you off? Imagine our feeling when a doctor refused to treat a child.
