I have confirmation numbers from those phone calls, I have receipts from when I shipped them back their equipment. 5 different times I was told my account was canceled and yet they continued to charge my account for 2 months. This company is so crooked. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you live in area where spectrum is the only isp I would encourage you to take a minute to think about if you really actually need internet service. That is how bad this company is.
