My first piece of advice would be to always make certain you're in regular employment, thus keeping you clear of this dreary establishment. The 'job points' (electronic push programmed, job search points) rarely work, I'm sure this is down to repeated use by several hundred fingers a day. The staff on the whole are both friendly and approachable, surprising in such a difficult, and soul destroying position.
