The Onesbeck name refers to their current location and catchment area, the borough of Wansbeck. As well as having an office which is located centrally on Bedlington Front Street, they have staff who recruit via other methods including help stands which are set up around local malls and vans which offer advice and help which tour the local area. The main office is rather small and difficult to spot as it is not obviously signposted, however the address is 16C Front Street West, a building with upper floors and shops on the lower level.
